I would like to know how to download the presets.
Presets are available for download as soon as they are purchased.
Methods,
(1) Download from My Account.
(2) Download from the download link in the purchase confirmation email.

Preset cannot be downloaded.
Presets can be downloaded from the order completion e-mail or from My Account on this site.
If you are still unable to download the preset, please try changing the browser you are using.
If you still cannot download the preset, please contact us from the Contact Us page.
When presets are applied, settings, etc. do not match.
Since the presets are based on our photo data, there is a possibility that the settings will not match with your photos. In that case, we recommend that you modify the parameters of the settings to the values you prefer.
I purchased the wrong preset. Can I cancel it?
Due to the nature of the digital content sold on this site, products and services sold on this site cannot be returned or cancelled after the purchase procedure has been completed for the customer's convenience.
In the event that a product or service is defective, it will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use.
